Contact and booking details you provide, such as name, email address, phone number, delivery address, event date, and setup notes, when you submit our contact form or start a rental checkout.

Payment information is processed by Stripe on our behalf. We do not store full card numbers on our servers. Stripe may collect billing details, phone number, and payment method data according to its own privacy policy.

Communications you send us, including support messages and SMS opt-in preferences for booking updates and day-of reminders.

Technical data our hosting and infrastructure providers may log automatically, such as IP address, browser type, and request timestamps, to keep the site secure and reliable.

To respond to inquiries, prepare quotes, and fulfill rental bookings including delivery, setup, and pickup.

To send transactional email and, if you opt in, SMS messages about your booking (confirmations, reminders, and day-of updates).

To process payments, prevent fraud, and maintain booking records.

We use service providers that process data on our behalf, including Stripe (payments), Resend (email), Twilio (SMS), Supabase (database and authentication), Vercel (hosting), and Google Analytics (website usage measurement). These providers may only use your information to perform services for us, subject to their own terms and privacy policies.

We may disclose information if required by law, court order, or government request, or when we believe disclosure is necessary to protect safety, rights, or property.

We do not sell your personal information for money. If we ever use data for cross-context behavioral advertising, we will update this policy and provide any opt-out required by California law.

When you pay, Stripe Checkout may set cookies on Stripe’s domain to complete payment securely.

We keep booking and contact records for as long as needed to fulfill rentals, handle support, meet accounting and tax obligations, and resolve disputes. You may ask us to delete information that is no longer required for those purposes, subject to legal retention requirements.

If you are a California resident, you may have the right to know what personal information we collect, request access to or deletion of certain information, correct inaccurate information, and not receive discriminatory treatment for exercising these rights.

If you opt in at checkout, we may send transactional texts about your booking. Message frequency varies by booking. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out of SMS and HELP for help. Opting out of SMS does not cancel your rental; contact us directly for booking changes.

Our website and booking flow are intended for adults organizing events. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Contact us if you believe a child has provided information and we will delete it.
