Party rentals

Parks, HOA driveways, power, weather, and what happens on event day.

Do you sell inflatables or only rent them?
Both. We rent bounce houses, slides, and party gear for events across Orange County. We also sell commercial-grade jumpers, bounce houses, water slides, combos, and obstacle courses for operators building a rental fleet. Browse daily rentals online or shop the for-sale catalog for units you can own.
Why is Jump High Rentals so popular?
Customers choose Jump High Rentals for dependable service, consistently clean units, upfront pricing that includes delivery, setup, and pickup within our primary zones, and a broad selection tailored to birthdays, picnics, company events, and more.
What types of events do you serve?
We support everything from milestone birthdays and family parties to corporate picnics, school events, and weddings. Rentals are geared toward fun for kids (and supervised adults) across small backyards up to larger venues.
Will you deliver to parks?
Yes, we deliver to parks. Customers must verify with local authorities whether a permit is required and secure it before the rental is confirmed where applicable. You must verify access to electricity on site; if none is available, plan for a generator (you may rent one from us or provide your own). Some cities disallow using park outlets for inflatables.
How much space do I need in my yard?
Most bounce houses need a flat, grassy area a few feet larger than the unit on all sides, plus a clear path for setup. Water slides and combos need extra length for the slide run-out. When you book, we confirm dimensions for your specific unit and flag tight gates or slopes.
What is included with delivery?
We deliver, set up, and pick up within our Orange County routes. Primary-zone delivery is $20; extended routes are $40. Your quote online shows the total before you pay. Setup and teardown are part of the service.
Do I need an adult supervising the inflatable?
Yes. A responsible adult must monitor the unit at all times, enforce manufacturer rules (shoes off, no flips, age/size limits), and keep the blower connected to power. We brief you at drop-off; safety rules are also posted on the unit.
What if it rains or winds pick up?
Inflatable use stops in heavy rain, lightning, or high wind per manufacturer guidelines. If weather makes setup unsafe, we work with you to reschedule. Call us as soon as conditions change on event day so we can advise next steps.
Can I cancel or change my event date?
Contact us as early as possible if your plans shift. We will explain options based on how close you are to the event and whether we can re-rent the slot. Paid bookings are handled according to the terms shown at checkout.
Are the units cleaned between rentals?
Every inflatable is cleaned and inspected before it leaves our yard. We treat high-touch surfaces and check seams, blowers, and anchors so your party starts with equipment that is ready to go.
Do I need a generator or special power?
Most backyard setups use a standard 110V outlet within about 50 feet of the unit. The blower stays plugged in the whole time the inflatable is in use. For parks or spots without nearby power, plan a generator. We can help you add one when you book.
What is your cancellation and refund policy?
Contact us as early as you can if plans change. Rescheduling depends on availability. With reasonable notice we may offer credit toward a future rental. Last-minute cancellations and no-shows may forfeit some or all fees because we hold crew time and inventory for your date. Full details are in our rental terms at checkout.
What happens if we no-show or are not home at delivery?
An adult must be present to approve setup and sign for delivery. If we cannot access the site or no one is available, the rental may be treated as a no-show and fees may still apply. Call us as soon as you know timing or access will be a problem.
Who pays for damage or extra cleaning?
You are responsible for loss or damage beyond normal wear from proper use, including misuse, unsupervised use, or failing to secure the unit in bad weather. Mud, confetti, food, or similar soiling may incur extra cleaning fees. We document significant damage before charging.
How does the rental waiver work?
The adult booking the event signs our rental terms and waiver electronically when we send a sign link, or at delivery when required. You must be 18 or older and agree on behalf of participants, including minors at the event.
Is gratuity included?
Gratuity is not included in your rental quote. Our crew appreciates kind words; tipping is optional and never required.
How far in advance should I book a weekend?
Popular weekend dates fill early, especially spring through fall. Booking several weeks ahead helps secure your unit. Check our rentals page for live availability or ask us in chat for a specific date.
What about narrow gates, slopes, or HOA rules?
Tell us about gate width, slopes, overhead lines, and HOA or venue rules when you book. We confirm fit for your unit and may adjust placement at delivery. If the site is unsafe or inaccessible, setup may be refused and rental fees may still apply.
Do you deliver outside your city lists?
Our standard routes cover the primary and extended Orange County cities listed on the site. Other areas may be possible by quote. Share your city or ZIP in chat or on our contact page and we will confirm.

Commercial inflatables for sale

Buying units to launch or grow your rental fleet? Browse the for-sale catalog or reach out before you checkout.

Do your units ship, or is this pickup only?
Both. Commercial units ship freight to the contiguous US for a flat $500, and local Orange County, CA buyers can arrange warehouse pickup. We confirm lead time on every order.
Are these commercial-grade or residential inflatables?
Commercial-grade only. Every unit is built with lead-free 15–18 oz PVC vinyl, double-stitched and quad-stitched stress seams, and reinforced anchor points rated for daily rental use.
Do you offer financing?
Yes. Larger slides, combos, and obstacle courses can be split into monthly payments so your fleet can start earning before it's paid off. Ask a fleet advisor for current terms.
What's included with each purchase?
Units ship with the matching blower(s), ground stakes, a repair/patch kit, and a storage/transport bag. Water units include the water connection kit and a dry-stopper where applicable.
Is there a warranty?
All units carry a manufacturer workmanship warranty on seams and material. We'll walk you through coverage and care tips so your investment lasts through years of routes.
